Idli and Dosa

One of the healthy staple food of south India
I made a healthy version of it which is very useful for diabetic patients
I avoided rice and took some healthy ingredients in it
These will give very good protein and fiber.
Also these will keep you full for long time.
This is one of the healthy breakfast
The fermentation is really good for gut microbiota. They are rich in probiotics; especially idli, dosa. Fermentation improves digestibility, enhances B vitamins and boosts the immune system.
The ingredients I have used are very healthy options.
