vegan version of drunk noodles (pad kee mao) and my go-to fail safe cherry tomato spaghetti! YUMMMM. Both literally in one pan and super easy and of course delicious

Drunk noodles
Wide rice noodles
5 cloves of garlic
2-5 birds eye chillies
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegan oyster sauce
1 – 2 tsp of maple syrup
1 tsp dark soy sauce
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
1 red onion
Handful of fresh Thai basil
Handful of Chinese broccoli
1 red pepper

Veg Spaghetti
500g fresh tomatoes
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 carrot
1 red onion
4 cloves og garlic
1/2 courgette
1 large tbsp tomato puree
Splash of water
Salt to taste
60g fresh parsley
Black pepper
